Thank you for choosing us as your healthcare provider. We are committed to your experience being a positive one, and to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered part of your treatment.

Payment, including co-pays and deductibles, is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Cash, checks, and major credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) are all accepted.

For self-pay patients, payment is expected at the time of service. Please inquire with our staff about available discounts for payment in full at the time of service.


Most major health plans are accepted by Clipper Cardiovascular Associates. If you are uncertain about your coverage, please call our office and we will be glad to help. Our recommendation is that if you have any questions, please contact your insurance carrier and ask if Clipper Cardiovascular providers are enrolled in your plan.

In the event that a patient’s insurance coverage changes to a plan where we are not a participating provider, any balance will be the patient’s responsibility.

Various insurance companies require an inter-office referral. Please bring the referral with you if our office has not received it in the days preceding the appointment.
